Sustainability

We collaborate with towns in dry savannah and transition zones to conserve the environment in exchange for carbon credits from businesses who are unable to avoid pollution throughout their operations. CEED AFRICA collaborates with businesses to put in place measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and carbon dioxide pollution through a funding agreement.

Impact

We provide technical assistance, particularly for disadvantaged members of society, to drive meaningful social change. In order to enhance performance and increase equity among women, men, children, and boys, our programming integrates a gender perspective. Impactful gender strategies empower women and girls, focus on changing unequal standards and behaviors, while motivating boys and men to be partners in achieving equality.

We are committed to improving the capacity of civil society and institutions. We encourage public-private collaborations to do this and help align individuals and organizations with the instruments they need to achieve their goals. We address Education challenges such as low- quality education especially in Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) education through supporting skills- based educational programs, vocational training and a hands-on approach to education with an emphasis on technology. Our technical assistance aims at driving positive societal change while also creating an impact for vulnerable members of society.
